As our Pricing Lead, you'll drive strategic pricing initiatives and coordinate pricing activities across assigned business units, categories, or regions. You'll lead pricing projects, support pricing governance, and develop pricing recommendations, all while managing a team of analysts and fostering their professional growth.

We're looking for a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and proven experience in pricing, analytics, or commercial finance. You should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 6-8 years of relevant experience, and preferably an MBA. Proficiency in pricing tools, SAP, SQL, and analytics platforms is a must.

In this role, you'll:

• Coordinate pricing execution and governance activities
• Lead pricing projects and tactical pricing initiatives
• Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies
• Manage analyst priorities, workflows, and deliverables
• Partner with commercial teams to support pricing decisions
• Identify pricing opportunities and operational improvements
• Ensure compliance with pricing policies and controls
• Support KPI tracking and pricing performance analysis
