Director of Finance - A

As the strategic financial leader of our property, you will champion, develop, and implement wide-ranging strategies that deliver exceptional products and services, exceeding the expectations of our brand's target customers and employees. Your financial expertise will be instrumental in successfully implementing our brand service strategy and initiatives, while maximizing return on investment.

You will create and execute a business plan aligned with our property and brand's business strategy, focusing on financial activities and delivering desirable financial results. This role requires a bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or a related field, with 3 years of experience, or a master's degree with 1 year of experience.

• Strategic Planning and Decision Making: Develop profit improvement strategies, estimate costs and benefits, explore new business opportunities, analyze sales and expenses, and create annual budget plans. Implement a system of controls to manage business risks and ensure a strong accounting and operational control environment.
• Leading Finance Teams: Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others. Communicate strategic goals clearly, oversee audit processes, and provide excellent leadership through performance appraisals.
• Anticipating and Delivering on the Needs of Key Stakeholders: Attend meetings with owners, understand their priorities, and meet the needs of key stakeholders. Advise the GM and executive committee on operating/financial issues and communicate financial concepts persuasively.
