We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Director of Finance (Dir-Finance-A) to lead the financial operations of our premier property located on Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz Street, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

The Director of Finance will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of the property by executing the following core responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement property-wide financial strategies that align with the brand’s service objectives and maximize return on investment. Champion initiatives that enhance profitability, reduce costs, and identify new revenue opportunities through data-driven analysis and market insights.
• Budgeting and Financial Planning: Create and oversee the annual operating budget, ensuring alignment with corporate and brand strategies. Monitor actual performance against projections, analyze variances, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize financial outcomes. Lead budget reviews to identify cost-saving measures and productivity enhancements across departments.
• Risk Management and Controls: Establish and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard assets, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Implement systems that enhance operational efficiency and financial integrity while supporting the property’s growth objectives.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire the finance team to achieve operational excellence. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration by clearly communicating strategic goals, delegating responsibilities, and conducting performance evaluations. Serve as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and executive committee on financial matters.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the property’s financial operations and key stakeholders, including owners, corporate leadership, and external auditors. Translate complex financial concepts into clear, persuasive communications that drive informed decision-making and align with business priorities.
• Analytical Excellence: Leverage financial data and market trends to produce accurate forecasts, identify emerging opportunities, and proactively address challenges. Provide ongoing analytical support to operational departments, enabling them to adapt to changing business conditions and capitalize on growth prospects.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following educational and professional criteria:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. A master’s degree in a relevant discipline is highly desirable and may substitute for one year of professional experience.
• Experience: A minimum of three years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or a related field is essential. Candidates with prior leadership experience in a hospitality, real estate, or corporate finance environment are strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel capabilities is required. Strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting are critical.
