Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Junior Front-End Developer at PulseMedia, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining high-quality digital solutions for our healthcare and wellness clients. Your contributions will directly impact the success of marketing campaigns and client websites, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and optimized for performance. Below are the key responsibilities associated with this position:

• Front-End Development:
  • Design, build, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and landing pages tailored to healthcare and wellness clients.
  • Translate UI/UX design mockups into clean, maintainable, and reusable front-end code.
  • Develop digital assets that enhance marketing campaigns and client websites.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver cohesive and high-quality digital experiences.
  • Assist in implementing front-end improvements that support SEO, website performance, and conversion optimization.
• Performance and Optimization:
  • Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Ensure seamless user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

• CMS Management:
  • Maintain and update WordPress websites and other CMS platforms as required.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Front-End Developer with a passion for creating exceptional web experiences. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Experience:
  • 0–2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance projects, personal initiatives, or bootcamp training.
  • Experience working on live websites or web applications is considered a strong advantage.
• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or equivalent practical experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience building responsive, mobile-first websites.
  • Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar is a plus.
  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SEO-friendly development practices.
• Tools and Platforms:
  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
  • Experience using design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
