Key Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing a diverse range of engineering functions, including but not limited to:

• Innovation & Technology: Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies, automation solutions, and best practices to improve productivity, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness in engineering operations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, supply chain, and senior management, to align engineering strategies with broader business goals and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related engineering discipline. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive engineering experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of engineering principles, maintenance strategies, and modern technologies such as IoT, predictive maintenance, and automation systems.
