Key Responsibilities

As the Divisional Electrical Engineering Manager (Farming), you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical engineers and technicians to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of electrical systems across our farming operations. Your core duties will include:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies that align with Almarai’s long-term business objectives, focusing on sustainability, cost efficiency, and technological advancement.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of electrical engineers, technicians, and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical engineering projects, including the installation, maintenance, and optimization of systems such as irrigation control, lighting, ventilation, and automated farming equipment.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role within the agricultural, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical system design, automation, and control systems, as well as familiarity with industry-standard software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, PLC programming).
