Regional QSHE Coordinator (Sales)

Almarai, a leading Saudi-based food and beverage company, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Regional Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) Coordinator to join our Sales team. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of QSHE are maintained across our regional sales operations.

• Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing QSHE strategies and plans that align with business objectives.
• Conducting regular audits and inspections to assess QSHE performance and compliance.
• Providing expert guidance and training to sales teams on QSHE best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate QSHE risks.
• Monitoring and reporting on QSHE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and driving continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong background in QSHE, with a proven track record in a similar role, preferably within the food industry. A relevant degree in a related field, such as Environmental Health, Occupational Health, or Safety Science, is preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic, are essential.
