Your Mission: Crafting Excellence in Tooling

In this hands-on and technically demanding role, you will be responsible for the conception, development, and optimization of cutting-edge tooling solutions tailored to meet the evolving demands of our expanding portfolio. Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to conceptualize and create tooling solutions that align with project specifications and production requirements. Utilize CAD/CAM software and other advanced tools to develop detailed designs and prototypes.
• Fabrication and Assembly: Oversee the fabrication, assembly, and testing of tooling components, ensuring adherence to tight tolerances and quality benchmarks. Work closely with machinists and technicians to ensure seamless execution of tooling projects.
• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on existing tooling to prevent operational disruptions. Implement preventive measures to extend the lifespan of tools and reduce long-term costs.
• Production Support: Provide on-the-ground support during the deployment of new tooling, including setup, calibration, and validation. Work closely with production teams to address any issues and optimize tooling performance in real-world applications.
