ENGINEER - SITE (C&A)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineer - Site (C&A) to join our dynamic team at El Seif Engineering Contracting Company, based in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

The Engineer - Site (C&A) will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and contractual obligations. Your core duties will include:

• Project Execution: Lead and supervise site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Technical Oversight: Review engineering drawings, specifications, and plans to identify potential issues and propose effective solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, to facilitate seamless project delivery.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident documentation, and communicate updates to senior management as required.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the company and clients, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in site engineering, preferably within the construction or assembly sector. Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and industry standards. Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Primavera is advantageous.
• Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and manage stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a valuable asset.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement practical solutions under pressure.
• Safety & Compliance: A deep understanding of safety regulations, quality control processes, and environmental standards.
