Senior Well Engineer - Schlumberger, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Well Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in well engineering, with a proven track record in drilling and completion operations. This role involves providing technical leadership, managing well projects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing well engineering plans.
• Managing well construction projects, including drilling, completion, and workover operations.
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and operations personnel.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborating with other departments to integrate well engineering into overall field development plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in well engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Proven experience in drilling and completion operations.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
