• Manage a self-directed, multi-functional team responsible for poultry intake and processing, ensuring adherence to product specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Leverage your Bachelor's degree in Poultry Processing/Food Technology and minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role to drive operational excellence.
• Demonstrate proficiency in implementing international quality standards such as ISO 9000 and HACCP.
• Collaborate with production management to finalize plans and targets, and propose plant modifications to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Foster a safe working environment, minimize accidents, and develop a multicultural workforce through effective training and team-building initiatives.
• Excellent spoken and written English & Arabic is required.
