Field Service Engineer I

As a Field Service Engineer I, you will serve as a technical expert and consultant at customer sites, ensuring the seamless installation, operation, and optimization of our Controlled Compression Centrifuges (CCC) products and systems. Your role will involve a blend of hands-on technical work, customer training, and collaborative problem-solving to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Perform pre-commissioning activities, including system checkout, instrumentation calibration, loop checks, and communication testing, using independent judgment and expertise.
• Conduct testing and tuning, such as machinery testing, control loop tuning, and troubleshooting within the broader customer process.
• Apply advanced mathematical concepts and operations to complete specific projects and tasks, and perform thermodynamic calculations and machine performance analysis.
• Provide remote technical support, systems engineering support, and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Transfer technology knowledge to customer operating and engineering staff through engaging training sessions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to support the entire lifecycle of our products and customer experience.
• Complete required administrative tasks and aftermarket support, and respond productively to changes in work priorities.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

We seek a motivated individual with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 1-3 years of experience in turbo machinery control systems. Proficiency in computers, networking, and programming skills are preferred. A solid understanding of thermodynamics concepts and basic training skills, along with the ability to read, speak, and write in English, are essential. Offshore work certification or willingness to obtain it is required.
