Vehicle Registration Officer

The Vehicle Registration Officer plays a pivotal role within the Government Relations function, overseeing the end-to-end registration, renewal, transfer, and de-registration of vehicles across Al-Futtaim Automotive’s dealership network in KSA. This role serves as the central link between retail showrooms, workshop operations, and Saudi government entities, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely customer handover.

• Execute and oversee daily vehicle registrations, renewals, ownership transfers, plate issuance, and de-registrations across all KSA branches.
• Process transactions on government platforms, maintaining strong working relationships with relevant entities to expedite approvals and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor work-in-progress to ensure registration cycle times meet agreed KPIs and customer delivery commitments.
• Ensure full compliance with KSA traffic regulations and Al-Futtaim internal control policies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for registration-related matters, representing Al-Futtaim Automotive professionally during government interactions.

This role requires strong process discipline, bilingual communication, and an active working knowledge of KSA traffic and registration regulations. The Vehicle Registration Officer directly impacts customer experience, delivery turnaround time, and the company’s standing with regulatory authorities.
