Science Community Lead - Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a dynamic Science Community Lead to join our innovative decentralized science ecosystem, based in Saudi Arabia. This role is focused on building and nurturing a global community of scientists, researchers, and biotech enthusiasts.

• Create engaging online spaces for scientific collaboration, discussion, and discovery, primarily on Discord.
• Host and facilitate community events such as AMAs, journal clubs, and live online sessions.
• Develop and execute community programming to encourage participation and collaboration.
• Connect researchers and emerging voices to foster knowledge exchange.
• Moderate discussions to maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and high-quality community environment.
• Track engagement metrics and experiment with new formats to improve community health.

We require a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field, strong familiarity with online communities, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in biotechnology and life sciences.
