Enterprise Applications & Digital Transformation Senior Manager

The ideal candidate will lead the strategic direction and management of Sunbulah's enterprise applications portfolio, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in SAP-centric landscapes and a proven track record in delivering end-to-end digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Application Portfolio Management: Own the enterprise applications roadmap, manage the full application lifecycle, lead application rationalization efforts, and ensure compliance with ZATCA, MIRA, and EDI integrations.
• Digital Transformation & Process Automation: Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with Sunbulah's organizational transformation strategy, lead business process automation programs, champion AI adoption, and implement process mining and optimization techniques.
• Integration & Middleware Architecture: Design and govern the enterprise integration architecture, oversee API management, and manage integration touchpoints with external systems.
• Vendor & Partner Governance: Act as the primary liaison with SAP AMS partners, lead RFP processes, and coordinate with external consultants and technology vendors.
• Stakeholder Management & Business Alignment: Serve as the go-to IT business partner for functional leads, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and support the IT Director in building IT's reputation as a strategic business partner.
• Team Leadership & Knowledge Transfer: Manage and mentor a cross-functional team, drive knowledge transfer, establish IT governance frameworks, and contribute to IT organizational development.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Proven experience managing SAP-centric landscapes in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
• Strong track record of delivering end-to-end digital transformation and business process automation programs.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms, middleware architecture, and API management.
• Demonstrated expertise in vendor governance, RFP management, and managing outsourced delivery teams.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystems.
