Engineer III - Ummahat Islands 2-3, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineer III to join our team in the beautiful Ummahat Islands 2-3, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, non-management position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing exceptional service to our clients.

• Respond to and resolve client repair requests, communicating effectively with minimal supervision.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, and machines for any issues.
• Transport equipment as needed (e.g., tools, radio).
• Identify, locate, and operate all equipment shut-off valves.
• Maintain required stock levels and order necessary parts and supplies.
• Communicate daily activities and problems to other teams using approved communication norms and programs.
• Possess advanced reading skills for blueprints and standard electrical plumbing and HVAC schematics.
• Demonstrate exceptional engineering operations skills and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excel in at least three of the following categories, with basic skills in others: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic and electronic controls, carpentry and finishing, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, and general building management.
• Demonstrate solid knowledge and skills in safely using manual and electrical tools and other materials for repair and maintenance tasks.
• Safely perform complex repairs to physical property, electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with company standards and local/national codes with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot and repair various equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Use lockout/tagout procedures before performing maintenance tasks.
• Familiarize yourself with all engineering software related to preventive maintenance, energy management, and other systems.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Demonstrate the ability to train and mentor other engineers as needed.
• Perform the responsibilities of a Service Engineer, including readings and rounds.
