We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Ecommerce KSA to drive our digital transformation and supercharge our online presence. This role is instrumental in designing our ecommerce growth strategy, identifying emerging channels, and optimizing our systems for peak performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Crafting and executing a transformative ecommerce journey to fuel our business growth.
• Exploring and capitalizing on new channels to generate profitable business.
• Streamlining key customer selection and process re-engineering to enhance system efficiencies.
• Establishing robust review mechanisms and data analysis to facilitate insights and action planning.
• Collaborating cross-functionally on product portfolio, content strategy, promotional campaigns, and full funnel integration.
• Driving productivity through improved execution and measuring the reach of untapped e-tailers.
• Developing promotional and assortment strategies, evolving SKU focus, and aligning with key departments.
• Reviewing and optimizing sales systems and processes in e-tailer distribution.
• Providing thought leadership and advising the management team on omni-channel commerce.
• Leading our omnichannel strategy and growth within KSA.
• Ensuring effective teaming and communication, and driving successful initiative roll-outs.
• Working closely with top ecommerce retailers and ensuring updated product information and online loyalty programs.
• Aligning performance-precision integration and driving events/always-on activations.
• Managing budgets, forecasting inventory, and conducting market research.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Digital, or Brand Marketing.
• 7+ years of sales and marketing experience in FMCG, with a proven track record of growing ecommerce businesses or managing categories with top e-tailers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• High proficiency in MS Office applications, with a focus on advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, along with entrepreneurial and international mindset.
