• Maximize patient share of assigned products through understanding patient pathways and sales processes.
• Achieve market share targets for your assigned territory.
• Promote Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine's scientific and digital innovation within your assigned accounts.
• Maximize access reach through account mapping, stakeholder engagement, and business opportunity identification.
• Ensure execution excellence by meeting Customer Interaction Excellence (CIE) indices and KPIs, maintaining product and competitor knowledge, and attending training courses.
