Job Overview

The Applications Integrations Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality across Nahdi’s diverse application ecosystem. This position requires a deep understanding of system integration methodologies, API management, and enterprise-level software solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust integration frameworks that support business objectives and drive technological advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Architecture & Design: Develop and document integration strategies, including API designs, data flow diagrams, and system architecture blueprints to facilitate smooth interoperability between applications.
• System Integration Implementation: Lead the deployment of integration solutions using middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar) to connect disparate systems such as ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.
• Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization: Diagnose integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and enhance system performance.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and IT infrastructure teams to align integration projects with organizational goals and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Data Mapping & Transformation: Define data mapping rules and transformation logic to ensure accurate and consistent data exchange between integrated systems.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure all integration solutions adhere to security best practices, data privacy regulations, and Nahdi’s internal policies to safeguard sensitive information.
• Testing & Validation: Conduct rigorous testing of integration components, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end validation, to confirm functionality and reliability.
• Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation and provide training sessions to empower internal teams on integration tools and processes.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, Dell Boomi Associate) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in applications integration, API development, and middleware technologies.
• Proficiency in integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBM Integration Bus, or Apache Camel.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and web services protocols.
• Experience with database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and ETL processes is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) are a valuable asset.
