Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Program Coordinator-Outpatient Care Management Unit Manager to join our dynamic team at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare in Dhahran. Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Outpatient Care Management Unit, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and best practices in healthcare delivery.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, case managers, and administrative staff, to foster a high-performance culture and achieve unit objectives.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and external stakeholders to streamline patient care pathways, enhance care coordination, and improve clinical outcomes.
- Quality Improvement: Monitor and evaluate unit performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based strategies to enhance patient satisfaction, safety, and efficiency.
- Resource Management: Optimize the allocation of resources, including staffing, equipment, and budget, to ensure the unit operates within financial constraints while maintaining high standards of care.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, regional, and international healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to support the long-term goals of the Outpatient Care Management Unit and the broader healthcare organization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, families, healthcare providers, and community partners, to promote a patient-centered approach to care.

Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in a healthcare-related discipline is highly desirable.
- Licensure/Certification: Active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent healthcare professional license is required. Certification in Case Management (CCM) or a related credential is a plus.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive healthcare management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role within an outpatient care setting. Experience in care management, utilization review, or related fields is preferred.
