Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our company’s vision, industry trends, and operational dynamics, enabling them to play a pivotal role in shaping key decisions. This position requires a proactive leader capable of collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to drive project success and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The Marketing Project Manager will also be responsible for supervising and guiding team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and alignment with strategic objectives. Monitor progress through regular assessments and adjust workflows as needed to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
• Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, including assigning tasks, providing constructive feedback, and fostering professional growth. Facilitate open communication channels to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities.
• Onboarding & Training Support: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the company culture and workflows. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team competencies and ensure consistent performance standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience in a leadership role will also be considered.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook for communication, Excel for data analysis, Word for documentation, and PowerPoint for presentations. Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems is a plus.
• Organizational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and foster collaboration across departments.
