Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Houseman to join our esteemed team at EDITION Hotels, located on the pristine Shura Island in the Red Sea, Hanak, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational efficiency throughout the hotel. As a Houseman, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring that every guest space—from guest rooms to public areas—reflects the luxury, sophistication, and unique charm that define the EDITION brand.

Key Responsibilities

The Houseman will perform a variety of housekeeping and maintenance tasks to uphold the hotel’s impeccable standards. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Guest Room Preparation: Ensuring rooms are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and stocked to meet luxury standards before guest arrival, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and addressing any maintenance requests.
• Public Space Maintenance: Keeping lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared areas immaculate, with attention to detail in decor, cleanliness, and presentation to enhance the guest experience.
• Operational Support: Assisting with the delivery of guest requests, restocking housekeeping carts, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Physical Demands: Performing tasks that require prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving objects up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance, to maintain a high level of cleanliness and order.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhering to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards to create a secure and professional work environment for both guests and staff.
• Professional Conduct: Maintaining a polished appearance, effective communication, and discretion when handling guest information or hotel operations.
