To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling technical equipment or recurring service contracts to hospitals or healthcare systems.
• Proven track record closing business with SPD, central sterile services, or clinical/facilities buyers.
• Technical literacy in water treatment systems, ST108, sterilization support, or medical device support services.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, water quality data, and regulatory requirements relevant to sterilization and patient safety.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across various stakeholders.
• Comfort with frequent travel to customer sites and regional events.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Additional desired skills include an existing network within hospital decision-makers and experience structuring service contracts with integrated delivery systems.
