Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal position, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued members, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment they enter our facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a blend of reception duties and operational support, including:

• Member Engagement: Greet and assist members with professionalism, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns to enhance their overall experience.
• Operational Support: Coordinate with club management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including scheduling, facility maintenance coordination, and adherence to service standards.
• Customer Experience (CX) Excellence: Actively seek feedback from members to identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our club’s offerings.
• Administrative Duties: Manage front-desk operations, including handling phone calls, processing membership inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of member interactions.
