As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our commercial growth initiatives within the Flexible Packaging and SAL division.

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and strengthening our market position. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in industrial manufacturing sales, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and a passion for exceeding performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue and profitability goals, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term objectives.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding existing customer accounts and acquiring new clients within the flexible packaging and SAL sectors.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with major customers, industry leaders, and key decision-makers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Negotiation and Sales Cycle Management: Lead commercial negotiations from initial contact to contract closure, ensuring favorable terms and seamless deal execution.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer requirements to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure flawless project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare detailed sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic business plans to support data-driven decision-making and resource allocation.
• Team Leadership: Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to the commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience within the Flexible Packaging and SAL industries, with a track record of driving revenue growth in industrial manufacturing sectors.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong expertise in one or more of the following sectors: Oil & Gas, Personal Care, Detergents, or Chemicals.
• Network and Relationships: An established network of customers and key decision-makers, enabling the identification of new opportunities and the strengthening of existing partnerships.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional commercial acumen, negotiation skills, presentation abilities, and relationship management expertise. A demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and develop strategic customer partnerships is essential.
• Location: Must be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate to the region.
• Nationality: Saudi Nationals preferred.
