Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Guest Experience Expert to join our team at The Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. As a member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across all hotel spaces. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic and hands-on position, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of guest service and operational tasks designed to uphold the hotel’s reputation for luxury and sophistication. Your core duties will include:

• Guest Request Fulfillment: Acting as the first point of contact for guest inquiries, promptly addressing requests, and ensuring seamless communication between guests and hotel staff to enhance their stay.
• Room and Public Space Maintenance: Conducting thorough cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and other public areas to maintain pristine conditions that reflect the hotel’s commitment to excellence.
• Operational Efficiency: Managing cleaning carts, restocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition to support efficient service delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Adhering to stringent cleanliness and presentation standards, including meticulous attention to detail in linen presentation, room setup, and overall aesthetics to uphold the hotel’s luxury brand image.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a cohesive and harmonious guest experience, from arrival to departure.

Physical and Professional Requirements

To thrive in this role, you must be prepared to meet the physical demands of an active position that may require prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, or lifting. Essential physical capabilities include:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 23 kg without assistance.
• Capacity to perform repetitive motions, such as vacuuming, dusting, and polishing, with precision and efficiency.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure round-the-clock service excellence.
