We're seeking a dedicated Rigger I to support our rig moves by preparing and executing lifting plans. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations.

• Responsibilities:
• Approve and ensure accurate lift arrangements, capacities, and sling sizes.
• Safely attach loads using proper Center of Gravity (COG), hitches, and techniques, including tandem lifts and man-basket operations.
• Inspect rigging equipment before use and set up lifting plans to protect both rigging and loads.
• Calculate Sling Angle Stress and use bridle and crane load charts in lifting plans.
• Communicate effectively through hand signals and radio to ensure proper load control.
• Convert measurements between metric and imperial systems and calculate load areas and volumes.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills, aligning with H&P's company values.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school education or higher.
• Valid Saudi Aramco-approved Rigger Level 1 certification with at least 6 months of validity.
• 3 to 5 years (or more, depending on the project) of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial rigging operations, with a working knowledge of Saudi Aramco's Safety Management System (SMS) and Permit to Work (PTW) processes.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
