In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with the engineering department to uphold the highest standards of operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. As a Water/Pool Specialist, your responsibilities will encompass the meticulous maintenance of water and pool systems, the timely resolution of technical challenges, and the continuous enhancement of our operational processes to ensure an outstanding experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Optimal Water and Pool Systems: Ensure that all water and pool systems are operating at peak performance, including regular monitoring, testing, and adjustments to maintain water quality and safety standards.
• Address Technical Issues Promptly: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to water treatment, filtration systems, and pool equipment to minimize downtime and maintain uninterrupted service.
• Support Preventive Maintenance Programs: Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules to proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate, thereby reducing the risk of operational disruptions.
• Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Work in tandem with the engineering department to execute special projects, ensuring that all initiatives are completed on time and within budget while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Contribute to the overall operational excellence of the property by adhering to best practices in water treatment, pool maintenance, and facility management.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Building Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in water treatment, pool maintenance, or facility management is highly desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge of filtration systems, fire main systems, sprinklers, water/waste treatment, and hydraulics.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and the ability to execute special projects efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.
