About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers by expertly preparing and serving a diverse range of beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and other refreshments. Your commitment to quality, attention to detail, and passion for customer service will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, you will ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workspace while adhering to health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Craft and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, teas, and seasonal specialties, with precision and consistency.
• Order Management: Accurately take customer orders, process payments, and handle transactions with efficiency and professionalism.
• Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area, equipment, and serving stations clean, sanitized, and well-organized to meet health and safety regulations.
• Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and restock supplies, including coffee beans, syrups, dairy products, and disposables, to maintain seamless operations.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain coffee brewing machines, grinders, and other essential equipment to ensure optimal performance and beverage quality.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold a cohesive and efficient team environment, supporting colleagues during peak hours and busy shifts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
• In-depth knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art.
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining coffee brewing equipment and machinery.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable interactions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
