Investor Relations Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Investor Relations Manager to lead and cultivate RUA’s investor ecosystem. This pivotal role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with key investors to support the execution of our Business Development strategy. The ideal candidate will build and maintain a robust investor pipeline, implement structured engagement processes, and deliver critical market intelligence to enhance investment positioning and inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

The Investor Relations Manager will play a central role in driving growth and fostering long-term partnerships. Core responsibilities include:

• Strategic Partnerships & Investment Origination: Identify and cultivate high-potential investors, ensuring alignment with RUA’s strategic objectives. Lead deal structuring efforts to facilitate mutually beneficial investment opportunities.
• Investment Analysis & Decision Support: Conduct comprehensive investment analysis, assess feasibility, and provide data-driven insights to support informed decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment viability and risk factors.
• Investor Relations Strategy & Portfolio Management: Develop and implement a robust investor relations strategy to enhance stakeholder satisfaction and retention. Monitor portfolio performance and proactively address investor needs to maximize engagement and value creation.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Strategic Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, industry leaders, and key stakeholders. Represent RUA at high-level events, conferences, and forums to strengthen brand presence and expand network reach.
• Market Intelligence & Strategic Positioning: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Leverage data to refine investment positioning and ensure RUA remains at the forefront of industry developments.
• People Management: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Align team objectives with organizational goals to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Planning & Budgeting: Develop and oversee annual budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support investor relations initiatives. Monitor expenditures and adjust strategies to maintain financial discipline.
• Policy & Process Development: Establish and maintain robust policies, systems, and procedures to streamline investor relations operations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements while enhancing operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in investor relations, business development, or a closely related field, with a proven track record of success in managing investor portfolios.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build and nurture high-level relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving cross-functional collaboration and achieving organizational objectives.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, investment analysis, and portfolio management tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards relevant to investor relations.
