Clay Clinic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Supervisor to drive operational excellence and support our healthcare services' continued growth. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and ensure exceptional patient care and service delivery.

• Lead and optimize overall clinic operations, enhancing patient experience and service delivery.
• Drive operational efficiency through effective management of patient flow, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Oversee Customer Service, Marketing, Hospitality, and Facility Operations departments.
• Collaborate with physicians and management on service development, pricing strategy, and business growth initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and operational policies.
• Lead the management, investigation, and resolution of MOH cases, regulatory matters, and patient complaints.
• Monitor business performance and operational KPIs, implementing continuous improvement strategies.
• Oversee facility management, medical equipment readiness, and operational continuity.
• Prepare executive reports and support strategic planning, expansion, and organizational development.
• Build high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in clinic operations, preferably in aesthetic or healthcare sectors.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Excellent customer service and patient experience management.
• Knowledge of MOH regulations and required licensing compliance.
• Strong organizational and operational management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Qualification:

A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or a related field is required.
