Lucid Motors, a pioneering electric vehicle manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Dimensional Quality Technician to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for ensuring the dimensional accuracy and quality of our vehicles, contributing to our commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting dimensional inspections and measurements using advanced metrology equipment.
• Identifying and addressing any dimensional discrepancies or trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Developing and maintaining dimensional quality processes and standards.
• Training and mentoring junior team members.
• Collaborating with suppliers to ensure dimensional compliance.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in dimensional quality or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of metrology principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using metrology software and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
