Our Mission

The District Retail Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and operational excellence across franchise stores in the Middle East. This position is responsible for optimizing product strategies, enhancing merchandising execution, and ensuring adherence to Mango’s global brand standards and contractual obligations. By fostering strong relationships with franchise partners, developing high-performing store teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, the District Retail Manager will contribute to the sustained success of our franchise network.

Key Responsibilities

Business Management & Franchise Excellence

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive sales growth in alignment with market and company objectives.
• Monitor franchise store performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement targeted action plans to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with contract agreements, brand image guidelines, and operational standards across all franchise locations.

Product & Merchising Optimization

• Create and implement strategies to improve product management and merchandising execution within franchise stores.
• Collaborate with wholesale partners to enhance operational efficiency and support sustainable sales growth.
• Lead training programs focused on merchandising and trading strategies for franchise partners and store teams.

People & Partner Management

• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with franchise partners, serving as the primary liaison between partners and Mango’s headquarters.
• Support franchise stores in implementing people-focused processes while ensuring adherence to company policies and visual standards.
• Coordinate and contribute to training initiatives aimed at developing the capabilities of store teams across the region.

Customer Experience & Omnichannel

• Champion exceptional customer experiences by implementing best retail practices and maintaining high service standards in all franchise stores.
• Drive the integration of omnichannel retail operations and digital service enhancements across franchise locations.
• Empower store teams to maximize their potential in delivering outstanding in-store and digital customer experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, with at least 2 years in a District Manager role.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Residency and work permit eligibility in Saudi Arabia or the broader Middle East region is mandatory.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of customer profiles across different markets and the ability to adapt product strategies and commercial approaches to local trends and competitor dynamics.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on developing and motivating high-performing teams.
• Keen awareness of fashion trends and industry developments.
• Excellent communication skills, coupled with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-centric mindset with confidence in sales strategies and execution.
