Our client, a prominent financial services organisation based in Jeddah, is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer to spearhead its technology and digital transformation strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the organisation's digital and technology strategy, aligned with its business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across technology and operations.
• Driving the adoption of AI, automation, robotics, and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Overseeing the implementation of new technology platforms and digital solutions.
• Building, developing, and leading a high-performing technology function.
• Collaborating closely with the CEO, Executive Committee, and Board to deliver strategic technology initiatives.
• Ensuring robust technology, cybersecurity, and business continuity frameworks support the organisation's long-term growth.
• Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the business.

Candidates should possess:

• A minimum of 12 years' leadership experience within technology.
• A minimum of 5 years operating at the C Level (e.g., CIO, CTO, Chief Digital Officer, or equivalent).
• A proven track record of leading enterprise-wide digital transformation programmes.
• Experience implementing AI, automation, and modern digital platforms.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align technology strategy to business goals.
• Experience within financial services, FinTech, or other regulated environments is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
