Key Responsibilities

As a Bartender, your daily tasks will include:

• Greeting and engaging with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Serving beverages and food items with efficiency and professionalism.
• Preparing and serving wine, champagne, and other specialty drinks.
• Crafting and garnishing cocktails to meet guest preferences and seasonal themes.
• Restocking supplies such as ice, glassware, and paper products to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar area.
• Processing payments and generating cashier reports accurately.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
• Positive Attitude and Extroverted Personality: A warm, outgoing demeanor that enhances the guest experience.
• Prior Bartending Experience: Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs (11 kg), stand or sit for extended periods, and maintain a polished appearance in a clean uniform.
• Certification: Completion of a safety training program and certification prior to starting the position.
