Recreation Experience Expert - Shura Island, The Red Sea

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Recreation Experience Expert to serve as the key resource for all recreational activities at our luxurious resort on Shura Island, The Red Sea. This role involves:

• Providing guests with information about available recreational facilities such as swimming pools, beaches, entertainment zones/game rooms, fitness centers, and children's activity centers.
• Encouraging, recruiting, registering, and scheduling guests for recreational activities.
• Creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our guests.
• Promoting safety and wellness by communicating resort rules and regulations, observing member recreational facility activities, and responding appropriately to emergency situations according to local operating procedures.
• Assisting with group activities, events, and personal celebrations within the recreational facilities.
• Notifying supervisors of any unsafe activity situations and providing assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive.
• Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies.
• Reporting accidents, injuries, or unsafe work environments to management, completing safety training and certifications, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining a neat and professional uniform and personal appearance, and preserving confidential information.
• Processing payments for equipment rentals, recreational activities, facility rentals, or retail sales.
• Performing other reasonable duties as requested by management.
