Key Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement: Provide an unparalleled level of service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs with a personalized touch. Engage with guests in a manner that enhances their experience and fosters loyalty to the brand.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, luxury, or upscale hospitality environment. Previous experience in a boutique or five-star hotel is highly desirable.
• Mixology Skills: In-depth knowledge of cocktail preparation, including the ability to craft both classic and contemporary drinks. Familiarity with premium spirits, wines, and craft beers is essential.
• Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds. A warm, approachable demeanor and a keen eye for detail are critical.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and work in a dynamic environment that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
