Systems Engineer - KSA

Azeus Convene, a multi-awarded platform, is trusted by leadership teams and boards in over 100 countries worldwide. As we continue to expand our global footprint, we seek a dedicated Systems Engineer to strengthen our support team.

In this role, you will design and implement robust systems architectures, ensuring our security frameworks are uncompromising. You will collaborate with systems administrators and project team members to manage system configuration and maintain cost-effective, efficient hardware and software solutions that meet project requirements.

• Set up servers with hardening and firewall policies between servers.
• Implement Azeus-developed applications in the cloud (AWS, Azure, KSA cloud, etc.).
• Lead on-premises application implementations, handling server and application software hardening, firewall policies setup, and more.
• Identify and analyze system integration problems, then resolve server issues by determining root causes and implementing immediate remedial actions.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate recurring issues.
• Identify recurrent tasks and recommend automation tools to enhance efficiency.
• Provide on-call support for case resolution.

We are looking for a fast learner with exceptional problem-solving skills, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to adapt to changing shift schedules. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills are also crucial for this role.
