We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Architecture Manager to oversee end-to-end solution development, ensuring alignment with business requirements and driving organizational system enhancement. This role involves managing architectural blueprints, influencing stakeholders, and providing strategic guidance across multiple technology domains.

• IT Architecture Design:
• Manage and drive implementation of architectural blueprints, ensuring compliance with standards and supporting product teams in reliable solution launches.
• Compile and evangelize end-to-end architectural blueprints and roadmaps, applying expertise in multiple disciplines to guide infrastructure, product, and service evolution.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with domain architects to guide technology strategy and offer innovative ideas.
• Solution Development Support:
• Guide delivery leads and solution partners in creating overall solution architecture and support development until launch, ensuring business expectations are met.
• Manage infrastructure teams to align with overall architecture and identify necessary technical architecture modifications.
• Provide architecture governance throughout the project delivery lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
• Collaborate with business development and stakeholders to develop solution proposals and architecture options.
• Capability Development:
• Monitor team members on best practices and communicate enterprise-wide issues to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Define technical specifications for RFIs and RFPs and moderate proposal evaluations to engage the best organizations for systems enhancement.
• Reporting:
• Review and approve statements and reports, ensuring they meet operational, business, and policy requirements.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Organize and supervise team activities, ensuring efficient work and adherence to operating procedures and policy.

Job Requirements:

• Saudi Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, with advanced certifications being a plus
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT Architecture, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Knowledge of banking IT architecture and operations
• Ability to translate business needs into IT systems and operations
• Advanced communication, negotiation, planning, and organizing skills
• Location: Jeddah
