RPA Developer

The RPA Developer is responsible for driving operational excellence through the design, development, and implementation of robotic process automation solutions. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and maintainable automation workflows using Blue Prism to optimize business processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall efficiency.

• Analyze and translate business processes into efficient automated workflows.
• Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using Blue Prism.
• Integrate RPA solutions with SQL databases and external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP web services).
• Apply process mapping techniques to understand and document business requirements.
• Implement business rules, exception handling, and error management within automation workflows.
• Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain error logs and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective automation solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of existing automation processes.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development or automation projects, with a strong background in Blue Prism. A solid understanding of SQL databases, data manipulation, and API integrations is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are also crucial for this role.
