The Cybersecurity Manager (NGHP) is the OT/ICS cybersecurity technical authority for the NEOM Green Hydrogen project in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and executing the cybersecurity compliance strategy, ensuring the project meets the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's permitting authorities' requirements.
The Cybersecurity Manager leads a team of cybersecurity professionals, managing the end-to-end cybersecurity scope. This involves:
- Revisiting and strategizing the project's cyber compliance roadmap.
- Chairing cyber oversight committee meetings and driving technology adoption decisions.
- Identifying and maintaining the scope matrix, test plans, and procedures.
- Ensuring comprehensive oversight of cybersecurity for DT and Plant Computing systems.
- Reviewing and approving Proof of Compliance (PoC) documents.
- Leading the closure of Cyber Risk Assessment recommendations and design/contract gaps.
- Oversight of DMZ engineering, cyber services integration, and hardening procedures.
- Integrating cyber work packages into the project schedule.
- Defining and maintaining the deliverable list and proof of compliance.
- Publishing and maintaining OT/ICS cybersecurity related plans and procedures.
- Leading vendor and sub-contractor coordination for their delivery of respective OT/ICS cybersecurity scope.
- Ensuring a proper handover and handoff to the facility operator.
This site-based role is based out of Duba, Tabuk Region, Saudi Arabia, with a rotation of 8 weeks on-site followed by 2 weeks off.
