Key Responsibilities

The AI Solutions Specialist will report directly to the Director of AI Solutions & Intelligent Automation and play a central role in the deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI platforms and intelligent automation solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of technical and operational tasks, including:

• Configuration and Deployment: Designing, configuring, and deploying enterprise AI applications to align with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborating closely with external vendors to facilitate the implementation of AI solutions, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to project milestones, and alignment with organizational standards.
• Testing and Validation: Supporting business stakeholders in conducting rigorous testing of AI solutions to validate functionality, performance, and compliance with requirements. This includes identifying and resolving issues to ensure a smooth deployment process.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Providing expert-level technical support to resolve complex issues related to AI platforms, automation solutions, and enterprise systems. The Specialist will act as a first point of contact for business users, offering guidance and solutions to enhance user adoption and satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluating emerging AI capabilities, analyzing market trends, and recommending strategic enhancements to existing solutions. The Specialist will contribute to the evolution of enterprise AI platforms by identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and senior leadership to ensure clear communication, alignment of objectives, and successful adoption of AI-driven solutions.

• Technical Experience: Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms, Microsoft technologies (such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI), OpenAI Enterprise, UiPath, or comparable enterprise-grade solutions.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: A strong aptitude for analyzing complex technical challenges, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions to drive operational excellence.
• Project Support Expertise: Experience supporting the deployment of enterprise technology solutions, including configuration, integration, testing, and troubleshooting, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
