Key Responsibilities

In this full-time, non-management position, you will play a pivotal role in curating and executing world-class recreational activities that elevate the guest experience at The Red Sea. Your responsibilities will include:

• Program Development: Design, organize, and oversee a diverse range of recreational programs, including fitness classes, golf experiences, entertainment events, and wellness activities, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s premium brand standards.
• Guest Engagement: Actively engage with guests to understand their preferences and tailor recreational offerings to meet their unique needs, fostering a personalized and memorable stay.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of recreational activities, maintaining high standards of service, safety, and efficiency.
• Innovation & Creativity: Bring fresh ideas to the table, introducing innovative concepts that differentiate The Red Sea as a destination for luxury and exclusivity, while adhering to the brand’s ethos of breaking conventions.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a team of recreation professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Guest Feedback Management: Monitor guest feedback and performance metrics to refine and enhance recreational offerings, ensuring they consistently exceed expectations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a vibrant, outgoing, and highly motivated individual with a passion for hospitality and a flair for creating extraordinary experiences. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recreational programming, hospitality, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to conceptualize and execute unique recreational activities.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate guest schedules.
• A customer-centric mindset, with a relentless focus on exceeding guest expectations and fostering loyalty.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management or recreation software is advantageous.
