Key Responsibilities

• Implementing Cleanliness Protocols: Ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, in strict adherence to our brand’s protocols.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to precision, from inspecting guest rooms for perfection to maintaining flawless presentation in all areas under your responsibility.
• Guest Interaction: Providing a warm, professional, and discreet presence while addressing guest inquiries or concerns related to cleanliness, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction remain our top priority.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with housekeeping staff, supervisors, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive approach to maintaining the hotel’s pristine environment.

Requirements and Qualifications
