We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join our esteemed team at the Ritz-Carlton in the Ummahat Islands, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will perform a wide range of housekeeping and maintenance tasks to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across the hotel. Your responsibilities will include:

• Room and Public Space Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restaurants, and recreational facilities, adhering to Ritz-Carlton’s stringent cleanliness protocols.
• Guest Requests and Special Attention: Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and discretion. This may include replenishing amenities, adjusting room configurations, or addressing specific cleanliness concerns.
• Supply Management: Maintain and restock housekeeping carts with essential supplies, linens, and amenities to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or maintenance issues to the appropriate departments.
• Physical Demands: This role requires sustained physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg). You must be able to perform these tasks efficiently and safely while maintaining a high level of productivity throughout your shift.
• Adherence to Safety and Compliance Standards: Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality guidelines to create a secure and professional work environment. This includes proper handling of chemicals, equipment, and guest information.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including front desk, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure a cohesive and seamless guest experience. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Prior experience in housekeeping, hotel operations, or a related field is highly desirable. Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards is a plus.
