• Guest-Centric Service: Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and courtesy. Your ability to anticipate and address concerns will enhance their overall experience.
• Thorough Cleaning: Perform meticulous cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, adhering to Ritz-Carlton’s stringent cleanliness standards. This includes dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and replenishing supplies to ensure a flawless environment.
