Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for designing, organizing, and overseeing a diverse range of recreational programs tailored to the discerning tastes of our guests. Your duties will include:

• Program Development: Create innovative and engaging recreational activities, including fitness classes, wellness workshops, entertainment events, and adventure excursions, that align with the unique identity of EDITION Hotels.
• Guest Engagement: Actively interact with guests to understand their preferences and ensure their recreational experiences exceed expectations. Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and builds lasting connections.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and front office, to seamlessly integrate recreational offerings into the overall guest journey. Ensure all activities are executed with precision, safety, and attention to detail.
