Production Manager - Saudi Arabia Transformation

Join a globally recognized industrial manufacturing leader in driving a strategic transformation and relocation of their Saudi Arabia manufacturing facility. As the Production Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations, optimize production, and oversee the facility's relocation to a modern, high-performing environment.

• Lead production operations across fabrication, welding, and assembly, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Drive the transformation to a Lean Flow Production system, implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee production planning, workflow optimization, resource allocation, and cost control to maximize operational efficiency.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and waste elimination.
• Manage the end-to-end relocation of the manufacturing facility, including factory setup, equipment transfer, commissioning, and production readiness.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to ensure effective inventory planning and localization of suppliers.
• Establish and maintain robust quality assurance processes throughout production and facility transition.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or a related discipline, with proven leadership experience in complex manufacturing environments. A strong background in Lean Manufacturing, operational excellence, and production optimization is essential. Previous experience in plant relocation or greenfield manufacturing projects is highly desirable. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
