The Logistics Team Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This dynamic position requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive results through effective team leadership.

• Operational Efficiency: Collaborate cross-functionally to contribute to daily tasks, promptly reporting any issues to management.
• Warehouse Management: Uphold and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inbound and outbound processes, warehouse operations, and inventory management.
• Operational Planning: Prepare and execute daily operational plans within agreed parameters.
• Inventory Control: Oversee inventory, handle goods, and maintain accurate warehouse records, ensuring effective stock control and timely distribution.
• Customer Relationship: Understand and address customer needs, fostering strong internal and external collaborative relationships.
• Proactive Communication: Coordinate with planners, sales, and commercial operations to ensure timely order delivery.
• Delivery Documentation: Prepare and provide accurate documentation to drivers, including route plans, delivery notes, invoices, and instructions. Address any related complaints or inquiries.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure the department adheres to Arla Foods' standards, policies, and local laws. Foster a healthy, inclusive, and safe working environment with a strong safety mindset.
• Quality & Food Safety: Uphold quality and food safety standards within your area of responsibility.
• Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of warehouse, machinery, material handling equipment, and trucks.

Educational Background/Experience: A skilled education within logistics, warehousing, or an equivalent field, with at least two years of experience handling goods, preferably food products. Proficiency in English and intermediate IT skills, including MS Office Applications, Power BI, AI, and SAP Applications (EWM, ERP, BW Report, RFUI) is required.
