Key Responsibilities

• Guest-Centric Experience Design: Curate and deliver extraordinary recreational experiences that align with EDITION’s signature blend of sophistication, innovation, and personalized service. From golf and fitness to entertainment, ensure every activity exceeds guest expectations through meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a hospitality, recreation, or guest services role, with a proven track record in delivering exceptional experiences. Prior experience in luxury or boutique hospitality is highly desirable.
• Personality & Traits: Extroverted, charismatic, and naturally engaging, with a flair for creating memorable interactions. You should thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and possess the ability to think on your feet while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Cultural Sensitivity: A deep appreciation for diversity and inclusion, with the ability to connect with guests and colleagues from varied backgrounds. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages, particularly Arabic, are a significant advantage.
• Physical Requirements: The ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods, as well as lift up to 20 kg (44 lbs) as needed. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Education: A degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
